Peacefully situated on the edge of the island's only village, Caleta del Sebo, this small complex comprises eight apartments, arranged in a single-storey terrace. Designed in typical La Graciosa style, with whitewashed walls and blue doors and windowframes, they offer simple but well-kept accommodation in this most relaxing of settings.
The living room in each apartment has a sofa, a dining table, and a fitted open-plan kitchen with a fridge, an electric hob, a toaster and a coffee maker. Each apartment has a separate bedroom with twin beds, and a shower room, as well as a sitting-out area with patio chairs to the front or rear of the building. Three of the apartments also have a second bedroom, making them suitable for up to 4 people.
The sea is literally just a stone's throw away, and a gentle 10-minute stroll along the village's sandy lanes takes you to the 'island hub' - the harbour, with its cluster of appealingly unpretentious restaurants. The island's few basic shops are also within easy walking distance for all your day-to-day needs, whilst following the shoreline you can discover gloriously unspoilt beaches on which to wile away your time in unashamed idleness.
The apartments are cleaned at the beginning and end of each rental; towels and sheets are changed once a week.
