Other common features for all categories of rooms are air-conditioning, 24 channel satellite television, mini bar, safety deposit box, telephone and internet connection and the en-suite bathrooms have hairdryers and shave points. The suites all have a separate, comfortably furnished living room, complete with a small kitchenette suitable for making hot drinks, and a second TV.
Positioned to make the most of the fabulous view, the half-olympic size swimming pool is well provided with sunloungers and umbrellas. In addition there is a good-sized children's pool and an outdoor whirlpool and naturally a pool bar for dispensing drinks and snacks during the day. For the more active there is a small fitness centre with stepper, treadmills and exercise bikes, and sauna and a well equipped children's playground as well as an indoor games area incorporating a home cinema. 24 hour room service, laundry service, and baby setting are available on-request; local charges apply.
A full buffet breakfast is served in the spacious restaurant and can be enjoyed either inside or on the surrounding terrace, where evening meals are also available for those who prefer to dine in rather than take the hotel's shuttle bus (operated several times a day), a taxi or the 35 minute walk into the centre of Kalkan. Those who do chose to stay in for the evenings are well catered for in the terrace bar with its wonderful views.
