Owned and managed by the St Nicolas Bay Hotel, the luxurious Thalassa Villas are set in a gated complex (complete with a 24 hour porter) just beyond the hotel's grounds. Each of the six villas boasts its own private pool complete with hydro-jet massage systems, although steps or sea-ladders provide access for those who prefer to swim in the sea. Each villa has three bedrooms, one master double with en suite Jacuzzi bath and shower, and one twin and one single, which share a further shower room. The bedrooms and the living room are all air-conditioned and extremely comfortable furnished. The living rooms all have 22-inch flat-screen televisions and dial-up internet access as befits a modern villa.
Each villa also has a kitchen/diner equipped with an oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine plus a host of other small appliances suitable for preparing family meals. If al fresco dining is more to your taste there is a barbecue area by the pool and if even that seems too much effort you could sample the hotel's restaurants or, with 24 hours notice, even hire a private cook.
Additional little touches in the villas are the provision of bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries and of course all the facilities of the nearby hotel are at the disposal of the guests in the villas, including a room service breakfast, a butler shopping service and a baby-sitting service (all at a supplement).
