Situated right by the sea in the charming village of Panormo, Villa Andreas is one of those rare villas with its own private pool that is within walking distance of not only the beach but also a good selection of shops and tavernas, making it an ideal choice for those who do not wish to drive whilst on holiday.
The villa is arranged on four levels with three separate entrances offering masses of independent air-conditioned space for parties of up to ten people. Although the villa is designed and traditionally furnished to a high standard with a very welcoming feeling throughout, our favourite room is the light and bright dining area leading from the fully equipped kitchen, where guests can enjoy a lingering meal seated at the long table overlooking the sea in what seems to be Villa Andreas' own corner of the village.
A wooden staircase leads from here to the large upper sitting room complete with a fireplace and satellite TV and a further balcony with views across the pool to the sea. On this level there is also a double bedroom complete with its own balcony and en suite shower room.
In the opposite direction steps lead down from the dining area to one of the lower floors where there are a twin and a double bedroom, which share a bathroom complete with a jacuzzi bathtub and have their own villa entrance and direct access to the pool area.
Down one more level there is another small but fully equipped kitchen and a shower room, in addition to the garage, and a further four steps lead down to yet another twin bedroom and a sitting room (also capable of sleeping up to three people), the final shower room and the bottom villa entrance.
All the balconies have their own furniture and the shaded pool terrace has its own loungers and parasols making the outside areas as plentiful as the interior ones.
