This attractive villa enjoys a wonderfully secluded setting on a wooded hillside.

Standing in gloriously unspoilt surroundings above a quiet cul-de-sac that leads to the tiny hamlet of Kabak and its beautiful beach (approximately 10 minutes' drive away), Villa Faralya offers a scenic village setting

Villa Faralya has been built to an exceptionally high standard and provides spacious, well-furnished interiors. The accommodation is arranged on a single level, with a spacious marble terrace surrounding the villa on three sides. The lounge boasts a fireplace for the cooler season and a large ceiling fan for the hotter months, whilst both bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning. One of these has a double bed, the other has two singles, and each has a modern en-suite shower room. One additional single bed can be provided if required.

The villa's fitted kitchen is separated from the lounge by an archway and is very well equipped with a full range of modern appliances, including a four-ring hob, oven, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a barbecue area with a portable barbecue for those who prefer to cook and dine alfresco. The large garden that surrounds the villa incorporates a good-size swimming pool (10 x 4.5 metres) where you can spend your days just admiring the views in unashamed idleness.

Although the villa feels deliciously rural (there are no neighbouring properties), it is by no means excessively isolated. Authentic Turkish evening meals can be enjoyed within walking distance at the Mandarin Boutique Hotel, and there are a couple of other eateries in the nearby village. For a much wider choice of eating places as well as shops for all your day-to-day needs, the famous beach resort of Oludeniz is just a 15-minute drive away, and the bustling harbour town of Fethiye can be reached in around half an hour.
