The Kisla district of Kalkan has become popular in recent years with guests seeking villas in a peaceful location by the sea yet with only the shortest or drives, or boat rides, into the centre of Kalkan.
Just a few minutes walk from the both swimming platforms at the water's edge and the local restaurant, Villa Honeysuckle is a well-equipped new villa, perfect for families or groups of friends. The villa is set on the hillside with its own terraced gardens prettily planted with shrubs, fruit and olive trees and there is a superb view of Kalkan from the swimming pool terrace to one side of the property.
Accessed by 16 steps, the ground floor of the villa has an entrance hall and cloakroom, an air-conditioned living room furnished with two comfy sofas and two chairs, equipped with a satellite television and DVD player and leading directly into the kitchen/diner. In addition to a dining table and six chairs, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven and four ring hob, microwave and dish washer and has patio doors leading on to one of the terraces.
The master double bedroom takes up the whole of the first floor and has not only a TV, two easy chairs, a walk-in wardrobe and access to a large balcony but also a splendid ensuite bathroom, complete with a corner Jacuzzi, a large shower, double vanity unit, WC and washing machine.
The two other bedrooms are on the second floor and in addition to being air-conditioned each has access to a small balcony and an en suite bathroom - the double has a bathtub and the twin just a shower. The crowning glory of the villas is a superb tiled roof terrace with even more splendid views across the bay to Kalkan.
