Situated in the quiet Kisla area of Kalkan, just a short walk up from the rocky shore, this recently built villa enjoys magnificent views across the beautiful bay of Kalkan and along the coast. Attractively designed in traditional style - with wrought-iron balconies and balustraded terraces - Jasmine Villa stands next to an identical property but each has its own enticing swimming pool.
Quality fixtures and furnishings make the interiors a real home-from-home. The kitchen comes complete with a full cooker, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as the all-important electric kettle, and a washing machine is provided in the downstairs cloakroom. There are comfy sofas and armchairs in the living room for anyone who should wish to watch the satellite TV or listen to music on the CD player. The upper floor comprises two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a very attractively tiled shower room. Both bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning, and the double room opens onto a small balcony with side seaview.
Situated on a raised terrace below the villa, the swimming pool is every bit as appealing. The surrounding sun-terrace has been paved with attractive marble, and proper wooden sunloungers invite you to relax and savour the splendid views out to sea. So that you can keep any interruptions to your sunbathing schedule to a minimum, showers and a WC are provided at the pool level. For those who prefer swimming in the sea, Jasmine's owners have created a lovely little swimming platform and sunbathing area on the edge of the sea just 100 metres or so from the villa (partially along some steep steps), which is shared with the second villa and with the owner's small apartment building nearby. For larger family groups these three extremely well appointed apartments, just across the lane from Jasmine, are available on request.
For those occasions when only a proper sandy beach will do, both the narrow cove of Kaputas and the seemingly endless sands at Patara can easily be reached using your complimentary hire car, which also comes in handy for visiting Kalkan's numerous restaurants and enticing shops.
