Villa Stella

CreteThe Rethymnon Area › Perama near Rethymnon

This comfortable family villa is within walking distance from the local village of Perama, and just a 7-km drive from the small beach resort of Panormo.

Smaller villas with private pools are always in high demand, so we are happy to be able to offer Villa Stella as part of our selection of villas in the Rethymnon area. Although the situation is relatively rural, guests at Villa Stella have easy access to shops, tavernas, banks and even a post office and clinic, as the house stands just 800 metres from the busy agricultural village of Perama, just to the east of Rethymnon. For those who can't do without their daily dose of sea swimming and beach life, the pretty seaside village of Panormo is just a 7-kilometre drive and the popular resort of Bali is just 13 kilometres away.

The villa itself is separated from its neighbour by a pretty garden, shaded by its own olive trees and of course enclosing the all important 30 square-metre pool, complete with jacuzzi feature, and of course sun-loungers as well as a barbecue and dining table and chairs for leisurely meals at home. In addition to the garden area the house has terraces and balconies to make the most of the rural views.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a well-furnished open-plan living room and kitchen, equipped with a hob and mon-oven, a fridge and a washing machine. For extra diversions during the cooler months there is a satellite television (limited English-language channels) and CD player in the living area. There is also a downstairs shower room and loo. On the first floor there is a double and a twin room in addition to a further full bathroom.

Villa Stella is a comfortable villa equally suitable for those who just wish to relax by their own pool or make the most of exploring the whole area as the attractive port of Rethymnon is just 24 kilometres away, whilst the famous monastery of Arkadi and the pottery village of Margarites are even closer.
