Yacht Classic Hotel

TurkeyFethiye, Oludeniz, Kaya & Faralya › Fethiye

A stylish, small hotel peacefully situated next to Fethiye's marina yet within easy reach of the town centre, with a choice of accommodation options and an extensive pool area.

A prime location on Fethiye's seafront, a high level of personal service, and a choice of rooms ranging from the comfortable to the spectacular are the key attributes that have made the Yacht Classic Hotel one of the most highly rated properties in Fethiye. Situated at the western end of Fethiye's marina, the hotel is barely a 10-minute stroll from the bustling town centre with its wide selection of tempting shops, bars and restaurants, but feels pleasantly removed from any hustle and bustle. Fethiye is a harbour town rather than a beach resort, but the hotel has created terraces for sunbathing right on the water's edge as well as a small beach area, and as this section of the bay is very sheltered, the sea is usually calm enough for swimming in all but the most inclement of weathers.

Not content with such proximity to the sea, the Yacht Classic Hotel also boasts three swimming pools - rather more than one would normally expect to find in a hotel with only 35 rooms - and there is plenty of room for relaxing in either the sun or the shade. The hotel's spa facilities are also impressive for such a small hotel, and include a traditional Turkish hammam, a dry sauna and a selection of relaxation and therapeutic treatments (additional charges apply).

The rooms are elegantly furnished in a range of classic styles. All are equipped with air-conditioning, free WiFi access, minibars/fridges, tea and coffee making facilities with electric kettles, satellite TV, safety deposit boxes and hairdryers, and naturally all have en-suite shower rooms. Sea View Rooms are between 20 and 30 m2 and have either double or twin beds and balconies with lateral sea views. At the top floor of the main building, the Penthouse Suites are approximately 50 m2 including a wide balcony with direct sea view and a comfortable sitting area. Just below, the Deluxe Rooms are 30 m2 in size internally and have their own large sea-facing terraces, each with a hot tub and sun-loungers. Most extravagant of all are the five Water Villas, each with a wooden veranda suspended above the upper pool, with ladder access directly into the pool and a Balinese bed for relaxing in comfort and style. With around 50 m2 of space and high, vaulted ceilings, the interiors of the Water Villas are also rather special and boast either a Jacuzzi or a small private steam bath.

The hotel's restaurant, Mori, is situated on the waterfront so you can watch the comings and goings in the marina whilst tucking into or wholesome breakfast, or sampling the flavoursome Turkish and Mediterranean dishes that are freshly prepared for lunch and dinner. During the daytime, refreshing drinks and light snacks can be enjoyed at the Blue Bar without even having to leave the pool, as you can swim right up to it, whilst the Skyfall bar is the place for a pre-dinner cocktail or a nightcap before retreating to your comfortable guestroom for a good night's sleep.
