All hire cars, for which we act as agents, be they part of our package, pre-booked from the UK or arranged through our Representatives in resort, are supplied by reliable companies with local offices so that assistance and support can be effectively provided should you need it. 

The following groups and weekly prices apply to all pre-booked cars collected from the airport or selected accommodation. We regret that it is only possible to arrange car hire for less than a week’s duration once you are in resort and local rates will then apply. 

Should you wish to upgrade a complimentary car included in your holiday price to a higher category, you simply pay the difference between the group included and the group you wish to substitute for it. These upgrades must be made before your travel documents are dispatched, or an administration fee will apply. If a change is made in resort local rates will apply.

We are unable to confirm a specific vehicle type and the above models are shown for guidance only. Some groups may not be available in certain areas. 

When selecting your vehicle group please bear in mind that luggage space is extremely limited in Groups A, AA, FF and FA on Samos, with this in mind you may need to consider an upgrade to the complimentary car included in some holiday prices to avoid the expense of a taxi to transport your luggage to your accommodation. Groups A, AA, FF and FA on Samos are only insured for a maximum of 4 passengers whilst all other saloon cars are insured for a maximum of 5 passengers. Minibuses are insured for their maximum seating capacity. 

There is no limit to the number of drivers for each vehicle but all drivers must be over 23 years of age and able to produce a full driving licence which they have held for at least a year. 

Our car hire prices, and our complimentary cars, all include unlimited mileage, all local taxes, collision damage waiver and comprehensive insurance as specified by Greek law. In Samos, it is not possible to insure the tyres, windscreen and underneath of the car and if you damage any of these the necessary repairs will be at your own expense. We strongly urge you to check the vehicle thoroughly on delivery, in the presence of the car hire agent, and drive with extreme caution on any uneven roads.
