Situated within the grounds of the popular Residencia Las Norias, but standing in its own garden, this single-storey property offers a rare combination of privacy and convenience. For your privacy, the pretty garden and terrace benefit not only from lovely views down to the sea, but also from the inclusion of a private swimming pool, whilst for your convenience, there are two charming local restaurants within walking distance, and you can make use of the Residencia's services, including the delivery of fresh bread in the mornings (for a small local charge).
The house itself offers spacious accommodation for up to six people, with each of the three bedrooms having two single mattresses on a large double frame. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, the other with a shower cubicle, as well as a large living room, a separate dining room, and a fully-equipped fitted kitchen complete with four-ring hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Satellite TV (with limited English-language channels) and a safety deposit box are provided, as it heating in case of cooler weather. There is also a barbecue in the garden, for those wishing to enjoy alfresco meals on their terrace.
